Course Description:

This program aims to enable founders of innovative and technology start-ups that have reached the growth stage to gain the needed knowledge on how to grow their business through external financing. It is a self-paced program that learners are not required to complete within a specific period.

Course Details:

The course is made up of eleven modules covering essential topics that founders must know to be able to grow their growth stage start-up, such as the types of funding available, the investment-readiness process, business and financial models, valuation, due diligence, closing an investment, among others. Modules begin with short introductory videos by inspirational presenters from the Saudi start-up ecosystem – successful founders, investors, legal and financial advisors – who share key insights and lessons learned from their experiences. Topics are covered through a variety of digital learning components, including infographics, explainer animations and interactive exercises.

The structure of the course is non-linear, meaning that learners can browse a gallery of topics under each module and select the ones that they are interested in learning more about and access them directly. There is no need to go through the course sequentially, However they can also go through each module sequentially.
